The programme features the participation of around 200 locals of 21 ethnic minority groups from 14 provinces around the country.

During the event, people from ethnic minority groups who are living at the village will perform attractive folk songs and dances.

The traditional festivals, customs, and practises of the groups, predominantly in celebration of the Lunar New Year, will be recreated, contributing to promoting their unique heritage and spiritual culture.

Visitors to the village will have a chance to enjoy traditional food and specialties as well as join in with the folk games of the minorities on the occasion of Tet.

Exhibitions showcasing photos and artefacts of the land and people of ethnic minority groups, are also notable points of attractions for the occasion.

The practical activities are expected to enhance the cultural discourse and solidarity among the groups as well as attracting more visitors to the village.
