Despite its new establishment, but with effective development strategy, in 2017, the revenue of the cooperative reached 2.9 billion VND and the profit of 600 million VND.  Not only doing well in charge of the co-operative director, as the head of the savings and loan group of the village, Ms. Quach Thi Hoa has applied for getting preferential loans from Social Policy Bank with 300 million VND for 9 members to invest in chicken raising. Ms. Quach Thi Hai, a member of the Cooperative, shared: "In the past, I raised about 200 chickens, but the price in the market was unstable. But since I participated in the Cooperative, I would be no longer worried about the market and prices. All the members always support and contribute the capital and effort to help each other in production. When there appeared difficulties, the members gathered together to discuss the solution.
