(HBO) – The People’s Committee of Hoa Binh has held a meeting to review the implementation of the master programme on State administrative reform in the 2011-2020 period and define the orientations and tasks for the next 10 years.

Therefore, the work of protecting and developing forests is determined as a key task by Party Committee and the authorities and it needs to be strictly implemented. (HBO) - On July 13, 2017, the 16th provincial Party Committee issued Resolution 17 on developing the province’s driving force zone until 2020, with a vision to 2030. This resolution grouped nine communes and townships of Lac Thuy commune into the economic driving force zone. After the merger of administrative units, the zone currently comprises six localities, namely Ba Hang Doi township, Chi Ne township, and the communes of Phu Thanh, Phu Nghia, Dong Tam, and Yen Bong.

(HBO) - According to data from the provincial People’s Committee, local businesses have faced difficulties and obstacles and suffered severe losses due to impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
(HBO) – Localities across Hoa Binh province are bolstering rice harvest in the spring-summer crop. More than 4,000 ha out of 15,403 ha of rice were harvested, or 30 percent of total area, mainly in Lac Thuy, Kim Boi, Hoa Binh city and Luong Son, according to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
