Hoa Binh province had 7,802 contestants registered to take the History subject, 7,714 contestants registered for Geography subject, 6,642 contestants register for the Civic education subject. These subjects were tested by multiple choice method, the time for taking each subject was 50 minutes.

(HBO) - According to the quick report of the Hoa Binh Department of Education and Training, on the first day of the national high school exam in 2019, there were 8,895 contestants registered to take the Literature exam, 35 contestants were absent, 1 contestant at the exam site of Yen Thuy B high school was suspended because he brought phone into the examination room. For Mathematics, there were 8,958 contestants registered to take the exam, 42 contestants were absent.
