(HBO) – Hoang Van Thu High School for Gifted Students in Hoa Binh province has hosted a ceremony to celebrate its 70th founding anniversary (1947 – 2017). The event was attended by member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Bui Van Tinh, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Cuu, and generations of staff members, teachers and students of the school.

(HBO) - The people living in Minh Thanh Hamlet (Yen Tri Commune - Yen Thuy) have just held the Festival Day of great national unity and commemorated the 87th anniversary of Vietnam Fatherland Front (18/11/1930 - 18/11/2017). The Member of Provincial Party Committee and Head of the provincial Commission of Organization, Hoang Minh Tuan took part in this event.

(HBO) – Tran Dang Ninh, Vice Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, inspected and directed the settlement of flood consequences and visited residents in Tien Phong and Vay Nua communes of Da Bac district.
(HBO) – The youth union of Mobifone Company Zone 4 on October 15 coordinated with Mobifone Hoa Binh in organising a programme entitled "Mobifone youth join hands with people in flood-hit areas” in two communes of Suoi Nanh and Dong Nghe (Da Bac district), with the participation of 30 members. These are two communes hardest hit by recent downpours and floods.

(HBO) – A press delegation from the Lao People's Democratic Republic led by Somsavath Phongsa, deputy head of the Press Department under the Lao Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, has paid a working visit to Hoa Binh newspaper.
The delegation included heads, deputy heads, specialists, reporters of the Lao Press Department, Lao National Television, Lao News Agency, and Department of Information, Culture and Tourism from Oudomxay, Xayabuli provinces.

(HBO) – The Hoa Binh branch of the military-run telecommunication company Viettel Group on September 29 presented 170 scholarship from the programme "For Studious Children” to 170 needy students in 17 extremely poor communes in Da Bac district of Hoa Binh. Each scholarship was valued at 1 million VND, including 500,000 VND in cash and 500,000 VND worth in kind. Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee attended the event.
(HBO) - Bui Van Tinh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee of Hoa Binh province, has recently held a meeting with the provincial Public Security Party Committee, where they reviewed the force’s performances in the first nine months of 2017.
(HBO) – The Regiment 814 of the Military Command of Hoa Binh province on September 20 inaugurated and handed over a "house of gratitude” to the family of Captain Thai Hoang Dung in Trung Muong 1 hamlet of Yen Quang commune (Ky Son district). Captain Dung currently serves in the regiment and also is the son of war invalid Thai Van Phan who fought in the war against the US.
