(HBO) – Mr Bui Van Tinh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, had a working session with a delegation from the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) Group, led by Group Chairman for the North Huynh Quang Hai, on March 27.
HBO – The Naval Technical Institute, in collaboration with the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee’s Information and Education Board, held an event to disseminate information about Vietnam’s sea and islands and attract human resources for building a modern navy at Hoang Van Thu High School for Gifted Students.
HBO - The application of information technology (IT) has brought about practical effects in administrative management and reform to serve local businesses and residents. To date, software to handle documents and tasks has been linked at central, provincial, district and commune levels.
HBO - According to the Provincial Coordinating Office of the new rural area, up till now Hoa Binh city has completed the task of building the new rural area, 63 communes have been recognized to meet the standards of the new rural areas in Hoa Binh province. The whole province has reached 13.3 criteria per commune and there are not any more communes reaching under 7 criteria.
HBO – Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has signed Decision No.269/QD-TTg recognizing Hoa Binh city’s fulfillment of its new-style rural area building tasks in 2018.
HBO - The Hoa Binh provincial People’s Committee held a working session on March 13 to examine the implementation of some key projects in Yen Thuy district. Vice Chairman of the committee Bui Van Khanh chaired the meeting.

Besides, the number of people participating in social insurance is 75,925 people. The insurance of health insurance and social insurance books is sufficient and timely, facilitating participants. Number of debt of health insurance, social insurance is 124.25 billion.
HBO - Ky Hoi Lunar New Year holiday is quite long with 9 days off, but after Tet, enterprises have many remuneration policies, salaries and bonuses to attract the employees. Therefore, the employees return to working with excitement. The rate of employees returning to work after Tet holiday is about 97%.
