Hoa Binh promotes startup movement among ethnic minority youths

(HBO) - The standing board of the provincial committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) and the Secretariat of the provincial committee of the Youth Federation have implemented programmes and projects since 2017 to support local young people in household economic development, contributing to fostering the startup movement among ethnic minority youths in the locality. Currently, the province has nearly 240,000 young people, with 80 percent from ethnic minority groups.
